Refunds & Cancellations Policy

1. Nature of Services

Sycnap's Tradez provides proprietary trading funded accounts (Prop Firm challenges) and simulated trading environments. All purchases are for access to trading evaluation programs and funded account services.

2. No Refund Policy

All fees paid for challenge programs, funded accounts, and subscription plans are non-refundable. Once a challenge or account is activated, no refunds will be issued regardless of performance or usage.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

— Duplicate payment made for the same order.
— Payment deducted but account not activated within 48 hours due to a technical error on our end.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at support@sycnapstradez.com with your order reference number.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your participation in a challenge at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

5. Profit Payouts

Profit withdrawal requests are processed within 3–7 business days after approval. Payouts are subject to the terms and trading rules of your funded account.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate account suspension. We encourage resolving disputes directly with our support team.
