Click Download for Windows. The file Sycnap-Tradez-Setup-1.0.0.exe saves to your Downloads folder.
Double-click the downloaded file. If Windows shows a blue warning, see the note below — it is normal for new apps.
Click Next → Install. A Sycnap's Tradez icon appears on your Desktop and Start menu.
Open the app and log in with your usual email and password. Next time it opens straight to your trading platform.

The desktop app is for Windows. On Mac or phone, open sycnapstradez.com in your browser — the platform works fully there.
Open Windows Settings → Apps → Installed apps, find Sycnap's Tradez and click Uninstall.
Check your Wi-Fi or mobile hotspot. The app retries every 10 seconds, or click Try again.
