How long does account activation take?+
After payment is confirmed, your account is activated within 24 hours. Your Trader ID and login credentials are sent to your registered email.
Which instruments can I trade?+
NIFTY 50, BANKNIFTY, FINNIFTY, MIDCPNIFTY, SENSEX and BANKEX F&O (Options and Futures). All NSE/BSE Index derivatives are allowed.
How do payouts work and how long do they take?+
Monthly payouts are issued via UPI or bank transfer. Your first payout is processed after KYC is complete. The minimum payout amount is ₹5,000.
What happens if I fail the challenge?+
If your account fails, you can retry at a discounted reset fee. The fee is non-refundable once the account has been activated.
Can I trade from mobile?+
Yes! Our trading platform is fully mobile-responsive and works perfectly on both iPhone and Android — no app download required.
Can I trade while working a full-time job?+
Absolutely! Many of our traders work full-time jobs and trade only during the morning session (9:15–11:00 AM). The platform is accessible 24/7 — trading only happens during market hours.
How does the Refer & Earn program work?+
Refer a friend to Sycnap's Tradez. When they purchase any challenge, you earn 10% of their plan fee directly to your UPI. There is no limit on referrals — the more you refer, the more you earn. Login to your dashboard to get your referral link.
What happens after I pass Phase 1?+
After passing Phase 1, you receive a full funded account at the same capital size. There is no profit target — you only need to follow the drawdown rules. Monthly payouts are processed automatically for amounts above ₹5,000.
Do I need SEBI registration to join a prop firm?+
No. Sycnap's Tradez is an EdTech and trader evaluation platform. Your participation is a simulated trading challenge. No broker registration is required. We are not SEBI-registered — this is clearly disclosed in our Terms & Conditions.
