Fill Details & Make Payment
Step 2
On the checkout page, fill in your name, email, phone number and set a password. Then complete payment.

UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card — all accepted
After payment, you will be redirected to a Payment Successful page showing your Trader ID
Save your Trader ID or take a screenshot — this is your permanent account identifier

Check Your Email
Immediately After Payment
Within 2–5 minutes of payment, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

Email will contain: Trader ID, Login Email, and your Password
If email not received — check your Spam / Junk folder
Still not received after 30 minutes? WhatsApp us — we will check and resend

Admin Will Activate — Please Wait
Your account will be activated by our admin team within 24 hours of payment. This is a manual process.

Please wait up to 24 hours after payment — weekends may take slightly longer
Once activated, you will receive a WhatsApp message and a push notification on your phone
Keep your email password saved — you will need it to login after activation

Login to Your Dashboard
After Activation
Once your account is activated, login to your trading dashboard:

Go to sycnapstradez.com and click the Login button
Enter your email (used at checkout) and the password from the confirmation email
An OTP will be sent to your phone — enter it to verify
Your dashboard will open — showing your balance, P&L, open positions and more

Trade NIFTY, BANKNIFTY and F&O instruments directly from your dashboard.

Every Month
Once profitable, request your payout directly from the dashboard.

Dashboard → Payout Request — minimum withdrawal ₹5,000
Processed within 24–48 hours via UPI or Bank Transfer
Earn up to 80% profit split on your funded account

I did not receive the confirmation email after payment? ▼
First, check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still haven't received it after 30 minutes, WhatsApp us at 83200 99036. Share your name and payment screenshot — we will send it manually.
I forgot my password / want to change it? ▼
Use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page. Alternatively, WhatsApp us and we will reset it for you.
24 hours have passed and my account is still not activated? ▼
WhatsApp us at 83200 99036. Share your Trader ID (shown on the payment success page) along with your payment screenshot. We will activate your account on a priority basis.
Login is not working — showing "Invalid credentials"? ▼
Use the exact password from your confirmation email — copy and paste it, do not type it manually. Also check that Caps Lock is off. If the issue persists, WhatsApp us.
I did not receive the OTP on my phone? ▼
Wait 1–2 minutes — SMS delivery can be delayed. Check if DND mode is enabled on your phone. If OTP still doesn't arrive after 5 minutes, try again or WhatsApp us.
Where can I find my Trader ID? ▼
Your Trader ID is displayed on the Payment Success page and is also included in your confirmation email. Take a screenshot — you may need it for future support requests.
My challenge failed — what do I do? ▼
Don't worry! You can retry on the same account at a 50% discount. WhatsApp us at 83200 99036 — just say "I need a reset" and we will process it for you.
When can I request a payout? ▼
Go to the Payout Request tab in your dashboard. Minimum withdrawal is ₹5,000. Payouts are processed within 24–48 hours via UPI. You can request once per month.
